Seafoam Over Advanced My Timing?!!

Seafoam Over Advanced My Timing?!!
So, My 5th gen 6spd just isn't as fast as it should be (like 7s 10-60's)
So I Seafoamed it once thru the intake (about 7oz), Before the throttle body because I heard that could wreck it. Then about 3 days later I put the rest in the same spot AND put a new bottle in my full tank of gas.
Ran good the whole time it was burning off. But when I went to work today It just felt sluggish... I figured maybe something broke off and got stuck somewhere so maybe it'll go away later.
So after work I went to get my codes checked and I had a new one! P0011 - Intake Camshaft position timing (Bank 1)
Could my timing been off this entire time and that's why my car just wasn't as fast as it should've been and it finally advanced to far and thru a code? Or did the seafoam just throw it off?
Anyway to put it back to normal?

Reset my ecu along with all the other resets a few days ago and then had no o2 codes, which I thought was weird seeing as I didn't replace them.
Still had the evap code but then I had a fuel level sensor code, which I'm kinda glad I got because my fuel gauge didn't work and I didn't know why.
But I heard that to low of oil can throw off your timing, so I checked my oil and it was around the L on the stick. (burns faster than I thought) Put half a quart in and reset my ECU again. And the code was gone and I got back to my normal power.
However I think something's still wrong because when I have the pedal at a steady climb to about 2k it feels slightly jerky, like someone is moving the pedal ever so slightly.

So, after work today, I started my car and the timing was off again.
Kinda annoying, think my IVT solenoid is dirty?
I know alot of people with P0011 have like starting issues and running issues, MY car runs and starts great. It's just not nearly as fast as before.

Seafoam does not cause ill effect on anything to the car. However that code you have, depends on which cam sensor since you have two of them, one in the front and the second one, gonna be a pain to find it in the rear side of the engine, if I remember seeing it, on the driver side of the rear side. I could be wrong.

Just for calcification ...
IVT and IGN timing are different.
The title implies to most of us anyway that the IGN timing is off, which really isn't a problem or your problem, just lack of power. Your issue is with the IVT.
Did you ever try removing and cleaning the sensors?

Yup, I took off the plenum and cleaned the bank 1 and bank 2 IVT soleniods.
My cam sensors had a lil' bit of sludge on them not much tho.
But I got my power back and no check engine light.
