Aftermarket side mirror with blinker

Had anyone successfully replaced their stock(Max S) side mirror with an aftermarket one? I'm just wondering is it possible? Thanks.

My dealership told me that they don't replace them once you buy it like that. I don't know if u can't do it at all or maybe they just don't do it but if u find out different let me know.

do they make aftermarket mirrors? I'm sure you can at least buy an OEM one from an SV and mod it, you'll need to splice the turn signal wire into the turn signal cause I doubt there is any wiring there for it

bought a pair from rockauto.com. they've held up pretty good. i would suggest you get them painted at your local body shop because the paint they use starts to fade about two months in.

Did you buy the ones with turn signals? If so, what is the difficult level of putting them on? Also, didn't you need a harness or your car came with turn signals already installed?

Thanks.

yeah they have the turn signals and auto dimming. I'm not very car savvy so i had a local shop install them for me, for 50-70 bucks (don't remember). Never asked them what was needed to install the mirrors.

eesjunin, Nah bro, from what i know the maxima doesn't have automatic folding mirrors. i could be wrong but if they do exist i know what my next upgrade is gonna be.
