Can anybody explain this?

"With all the boasting we’ve done about this car it was time to get some timeslips shooting down the ¼ mile. How does a 14.1 second run at 100MPH sound!? For comparison we’ve seen other good timeslips in the mid to high 14’s on stock manual transmission Altimas at around 96MPH."
It's putting down 260 WHP at a curb weight of about 3270 lbs and it goes 14.1@100 mph?
Most bolt-ons 2k2-2k3's have like 230-240WHP and alot of them are in the high 13s. SR had like 250WHP and was trapping 106 mph.
I was thinking maybe it's the 19-inch wheels, but wouldn't that show on the dyno? When you dyno with smaller wheels it gives you more HP. Or they dynoed with 19s and ran with 15s? 100 mph seems awfully low for 260WHP...
