Humidity has the least effect on track times as far as producing maximum power from your motor. Keep your eyes glued on weather reports and forcasts for the day you want to go to the track. If it's forcasted to be colder than it has been in months, then I'd go. That's why you only see great track times from me in the winter time when the weather is below 60 degrees.
Also, barometric pressure has a lot to do with track times. Usually when it's sunny, dry and cold, the pressure should be up. That is if there isn't a chance of storms rolling in later in the same day.
I concentrate on overall air density and I'm able to predict my 1/4 mile times within .05 when I haven't even stepped foot on the track for that particular day. Once I have some time trials, I can get within .03 of my times.

I'd probably run about 14.6 in the 1/4 mile if I had absolutely no weight reduction.
