This is a rather weird thing. My sunroof had been acting up lately. It didn't want to open or close. It would just make that clutch grinding noise when it is fully open or close....which is rather annoying. So I popped the map lights/sunroof switch cover. Low and behold, I had two screws sitting on the cover. They were the mount for the roof motor. So I screwed back in and viola! Sunroof works again. The first time I ran it, the autostop work like it's suppose to! I ran it again, and the autostop cut back out. So now when I open and close like before, a nice clutch grinding noise. Anyone have an idea on how to adjust the autostop, or what I could do to fix that? I'm tempted to go find an 87-88 GXE sunroof and replace everything....be nice to have the tilt feature...dunno...
