That was what I was about to say.... your local neighborhood junk yard has the wiring harness and ecu that works. Remember, cars in junkyards aren't there because they stopped working all of a sudden, some people just don't know how to drive.

Heh I wish it was turbo....Nah ive tried alot a stuff 3 ecus 8 mafs now......so the only thing isthe wirring harness prob....i dont want to get rid of it with all my time i put in to the heads ....but Im going to get a 72 240z so time to get rid off it

Seems a shame.
Seems a shame to part out a running car. It's like the 'mother load' scenario. You are frustrated with the car and give up. The next guy finds the problem in a heart beat and all is well.
You really should just try and sell the car as a running unit instead of parting it out.
Where are you? For $300 US, that's pretty appealing.
