Need purchasing advise

i recently came up with $100.00 and i want to use it on my car, what would be your suggestions of something to buy for my car

Well, you can do somethings, depending on what you would are looking to do. First thing you can definately do is make your own custom CAI, though it would be the cheap route. You can get a cone filter for relatively cheap. Some 3" piping is good, most use dryer hose. That shouldn't cost too much. You could also get a FSTB for less than $30. That should complement your new struts. Also you might want to think about a RSB, but that is more spending, about $129. Or you can just invest in cosmetic stuff, like clear turn signals, new bulbs etc. Its really a matter of what you want your car to do.
