Hey Ben, you will need to talk to littlepiggie, he's the one that built and installed mine. He would be able to tell you what you need regarding that. His email is piggieracing@comcast.net

Again I admit im a newb to this so is this a good idea? and if not then why? thankx guys..Anythang helps.

I believe it's been talked about, and it's certainly a possiblity. The problem is that may involve more customizing work than the cai, but that's up to you and what you want to do.

Actually, we just has to remove the splash guard, which is relatively simple, you pop a some screws and a bolt here or there and it's out. You don't have to touch the fenders.

hey man, you might want to make sure the junction from hood scoop to intake path is sealed. if it's not you'll lose some performance and maybe mess with the aerodynamics of the car. good luck man.

Yeah that was talked about, We were thinking of getting some elmers glue and duck tape and, hopefully that will keep things down tight, and keep the aerodynamics flowin' smoothly. lol nah im just playing but my friend wants to do some fabricating to it so ima see how it comes out....thnx little.piggie
