'87 Maxima, spark plug torque specs

does anybody know what the lbs ft of torque im supposed to put on the spark plugs for this car?

also the torque specs for the oil pan drain plug.

Spark plugs 14-22 ft. lbs.
Oil drain plug - 22-29 ft. lbs.
