I was thinking it would take a dbl din ?

 

There are two, single DIN slots. One for the radio/tape deck, the other for the EQ. If you get an aftermarket stereo, the EQ becomes unnecessary and adversely affects sound performance. I had a little storage pocket put in the place of the EQ. There are also CD changers that are DIN sized for exactly this purpose.

 

i have a single din in my maxima.right now i have the factory eq still below it but its diconnected.wear did you get the storage pocket for your car.i would love to put one in my car.i could use the extra spot to store cds.
