1st gen engine troubles

my 1984 maxima has 323,000 miles on it and before the last week it ran great.
it started basically not excellorating when i open the throttle when driving. in neutral in the drive way it revs up just find. my spark plugs are fouling out and its running really rough with no power when i feather the throttle and finally get it to move it accelerates really slowly because if i give it any more throttle it cuts out and stops going forward or surges forward. heres a list of things ive changed.

fuel filter
cap and rotor
spark plugs and wires
checked the fuel pump
air filter
no vacuum leaks
timing is within a few degrees
catalytic converter is good
and the air box is working fine

im lost please help. once i figure out whats wrong i can fix it i just cant diagnose
PLEASE HELP!!!

any idea if its running rich and flooding? if youre fouling plugs it sounds like it might be. could be the injector O-rings going bad and flooding

Check your fuel filter again to ensure that your fuel lines aren't deteriorating inside clogging up the fuel filters.....back flow the fuel filter into a coffee strainer and inspect for any black hose interior material....Are your spark plugs getting fouled with oil or gas????
