Bringing the MAX BACK!!! TRACK CAR

Hello everyone. Back in 99 2000 thru 2004 this was my first car. Handed down from my parents. I appreciated the car amd had unrealistic dreams of it running 10s. At the time wasnt financially set or had the means to do anything that would really matter. I remember swapping in a 300zx ecu. Under drive pulley and homemade cold air intake and was killing the 4bangers my fellow high school peers had. Soon i realized the car was nothing and no parts available. I jumped ship for a new accord and turbocharged it. It was nice while it lasted. Sold the car for something more reliable and to grow my life situation until the time i had the means to build an actual track car and still have a daily driver. Well the time is here. Im partner for a performance shop and have other sources of income. I racked my brain thinking what to build. Since we specialize in subaru i thought let me buy a subbie. Or better yet pay the 16k for a 93 skyline. My problem is i dont wanna be like anyone that shows up to the track. I want people to say what the hell is that. I havent been able to find anyone swapping rb,sr20,2jz,etc. If anyone has seen one of those builds let me know so i can stare away. Thank you and hope someone is still here in the 2nd gen area.

there are a few RB swapped 1st gens, but other then that about the only thing that would work well in a 2nd gen is the SR or VQ since the I6 would be way to long for a FWD. You can get decent power out of the VG and there is lots of parts for the engine, its the suspension and such that you will have issues getting parts for and have find stuff that will work.....

Turbo vg ftw. Check out my turbo vg in forced induction section. You can get all power you need out of it. Biggest thing getting the power to ground thats my biggest issue.
