Idler pulley part

Hey guys has anyone ever replace a belt tens pulley and idler pulley local part store don’t even show one to buy replacement. Anyone have a clue where and what part number

your best bet is go to Napa and find one that is about the right size and use some washer to get the spacing right, or if you still have your original see if you can still read the bearing number and just replace the bearings, I don't remember which one I used, but you just need one with the right diameter and bolt size and a few washers

Best and cheapest thing to do is buy the Bearing and replace it...$7-$10 (Grainger) or any online bearing store.... also remember this VG30E is in Mercury Villagers, 200SX, Maximas (2nd/3rd Gens), Nissan Xterra, Frontiers, Hardbody, and Pathfinders...plenty of VG30 engines with tensioners on them!

I recently replaced the two bearings in AC tensioner pulley. Easy to do . I found two Nachi Japan bearings on eBay for $10.

Just replace the bearing dude, you can use 2 sockets and a bench vise...
