Passenger side headlight
1. Check your fuses..
2. Check your plug for Power at Low beams, High beams and ground!
3. Check your relay if no power is at the bulb socket!
4. If those are tested and either you tested them and you know the bulbs, sockets, relay and fuses are all good, look at replacing your light stalk!

Brandon,
I did not chime in back then, because CMax03's answer was quite comprehensive.
But Gtboogie's post yesterday makes me wonder if you did fix your problem.
I had similar problem, though I was not using God's bulb
. And the same fix worked for me, i.e. as suggested by Gtboogie and as last step by CMax03.
Our Maximas seem to have this problem with the stalk ("turn signal switch"), which seems to have a separate wire/ contact for every bulb!
Please see the thread: "'87 Headlight Low Beam Issue" started by Blue Milk, CMax03 also posted there, and so did I, including details of my problem AND fix.
Trying to add the link here, but if it does not work, just search for it. '87 Headlight Low Beam Issue
Also, please update this thread if and when you do solve your problem.
All the best.
