option racing Short Ram kit w/o filter..92-94 max

I got a Short Ram Intake for a 92-94 maxima..need to get rid it...comes with everything except filter. Never used. $35 shipped.

well i got it on ebay...i ordered one for my 4th gen but theY sent me a 3rd gen intake instead. So the basically screwed me after i was waiting over a month for it. the box says 92-94 maxima but it dont say what engine its for..VG or VE.

i just wanna get rid of it cuz its just sitting here and i dont want to throw it away. someone must want one somewhere and i dont want it to go to waste.

That is most definitely 100% a VE CAI. Why do you say short ram though? That's the in-fender type. And since it has the little flare at the end it actually fits better than the WSP and other CAI kits that were made back in the day

Just a heads up to whoever buys that, you'll have to modify the MAF adapter. If you notice in the picture, for some reason there's only a squared opening on the MAF adapter. If you install it in your car without opening that up to the full circular perimeter, your car will barely run.

which flare do you speak of? the one on the midpipe or the longer elbow/bent pipe? I bought a similar looking cai and couldnt get the elbow pipe to fit nicely into the hole i cut by the battery so i left it with just the cone filter on the midpipe for now
