Fail Safe...limp home mode

Is there any way to disable this? My mass air sensor is out, and I ordered a new one, but I hate the 2200 rpm limit. Can I bypass it somehow?

You can't bypass it, you would need a working MAF to override it.

send it back and buy my spare one

It works fine and will fit all VEs. I'm sure it's cheaper than a new one too
