Window problems

My front driver side window is not working i dunno if its the regulator (<-- how ever u spell it) but when i push the switch there is a clicking noise comeing from one of the two little white boxes i think the switches got wet from all the rain we had down here in Forida

It is definately the regualtor or the regulator motor. I am betting the regulators wire is all tangeld up. Sound like time to get a new one or go to the trouble of rebuilding it if you are as crazy as I already have been on my two back windows!
