A/C Leaking question and odometer question

i'm not very familiar with the A/C...

i checked the pressure in my AC system and it read low so i went out and bought 2 cans of R134 and recharged the system. after recharging it, i heard a small hiss from under the radiator. the hiss is right in the middle too. is this a place that can be sealed? do i have to get a new part? will it cost me $$$? i want to know what i'm looking at b4 i go to the guy that sold me the car telling me the AC works perfectly.... i would take it to a mechanic, but i work until 8pm, 5 days a week.

another problem i'm having is with my odometer. it workes intermittently. i searched and the only thing i found was to check the speed sensor. i pulled my speed sensor and checked and cleaned all the connections. it still works intermittently. it usually stops working when i down shift, but if i turn the car off for a while then drive it again, it will work again. is there anything else i can look at? thanks.

Similar odometer problem

My trip-odometer will get stuck at certain points. It wont work again until I tap the reset button slightly. This happens intermittenly as well, and it's pretty annoying. If anyone else has experience with fixing this, please help.

if your tach and speedometer work fine then try taking out the display and clean the gears to the odometers. i'm pretty sure that will fix your problem.

I'll definitely do that...Maybe it's in my head but I sure do pass a lot of cars when I'm *just doing 70* on the highway.

I have the same intermittent problem. Here's a link that's been posted before. If you try it, let us know how it works out.
