cardboard behind armrest and subs.....

should i take the cardboard from behind the armrest out to make my subs sound better? has anyone done this? does it make a difference? ive already taken the plastic/carpet thing out and it sounds better. thanks

Yup, it doesn't hurt.....

I did that when I had the subs in my car turned towrds the interior!! it all depends on your likings: do you want to REALLY HEAR the music(turn towards subs toward interior) or do you want to hear it as well as everybody else point the subs towards the back!! either way is cool though, plus if you ever get locked in the truck you can always scream for help through the armrest hole!!!

thats what i did, when i installed my subs, the cardboard box rettles all the time. So just take it out...
