Hmmm... I asked a couple days ago if there were any possible really cheap mods I could do to my car. Boy were people upset!! Why the hell for? They think that the only nice things you can do costs a heck of money? "Special" people?
The only other thing might be that they think I want a maxima to look like a civic. WHy not :P Well, I don't like when they're really slow, but look like they should be fast cars, but can't a fast car look like it is? I like how the maxima 91' looks, but the looks have updated, everything is new, and fancy, and don't give me crap that most of what newer cars are doing is just making it "look pretty". Thats what they are. "Pretty".
No one wants an ugly car, expecially not me! the paint is chipped on the back, the antenna doesn't work, it's a great car(besides the stereo), but there are alot of cars that look much better, and really aren't.
But, I earned something a while back. There is "is", and "what it looks like". I had a top notch computer, fast everything. Of course, I had the case off to keep te temperature down, and it didn't look that pretty. How many people said "wow, he's got a RAdeon"? They look at the other computers and say "wow, a window!"
Part of doing mods to me is how they perform, but that costs alot, so the second thing is making the best of what you have.
Does ANYONE do that here? Get suff to make your car look as good as it performs?

The point I'm saying is, ask a question ---> get an answer.... isn't that how it's supposed to be? rather then the whole "ask a question----> get whined at that for some reason or another you offended someone, becuase, yes, their mom is a cat(??).
What the hell do I care? I just want help, not the 5minutes to type "oh, I hate people who don't serach", or "shuddup, yur stupid".
Something like "well, what I did for my car.."....

To put it simply, alot of people here can't just help. They have to constantly rag on others. looks like the forum isn't nearly as good as it looked a week ago(ask question --> find answer...)

Like, in your original post, I assume you were simply asking "Does anyone make their car look as good as it performs?"?. And now take a look at what you wrote. It's confusing.

If you want to ask a question, people will answer. But try not to sound like a 3rd grader let loose on a keyboard. Not trying to bash you, just letting you know why people reople respond the way they do.

 

yeh, that works better :O I don't mind when they say do a search... 'cept when it can't be found with search.
But people kinda mod that "do a search" thing to stuff like "DO A FRIGGEN SEARCH, YOU MORON!".....
I want people's opinions on stuff, just not if they're name calling like they're in kindergarden, or yelling off becuase I ask "is there any cheap mods I can do"?

If you wold have just done a search, you would have found the answer to what you were looking for, and it would have been 10x faster than if you post a new message. Now, stop wasting bandwidth, and do some searching!

Also, computers and cars are two TOTALLY different subjects.

 

I did do a search! But I couldn't find any things broad enough "little mods Idid to my car", ect.. The search would be helpful once I got ideas what I want, say "how to put on a rear spoiler", but I couldn't find enough on inexpesive mods people have done.

 

Did you really do a search for "Little mods I did one my car" just do a search for "mods" or "spoiler". Also, maybe you should take the money you're going to use on your modifications and put it twards going to an English class. Judging from your initial post, I think you're having a hard time getting your point across.

When it comes down to finding information for your Maxima this forum is top notch, the key is searching.......its true. The info is all there, that is why we have that function, its so that you can search before asking moronic questions and posting things that are beyond anyones comprehension. Do yourself a favor ....if you want to get ideas on how to fix up your Max as far as the exterior(wheels,bodykits etc.) is concerned, go to the cardomain pages we have here.
