Need new starter

I own a 92 GXE. My starter started to grind on ingition at the end of last Winter. I decided to wait until Fall to replace it. Now that Fall is approaching I'm asking for suggestions of where to buy a reasonably priced starter, whether an auto parts store or on-line. An estimate of what a starter should cost would be helpful. I'm planning on installing it myself.

thanks in advance

I priced starters yesterday. Auto Zone had a starter and solenoid combo for $104 plus a core charge. It was covered by a lifetime warranty. That was by far the best deal I found. (Napa wanted $170 for just a starter)
