I found this $40 bulldog alarm, 10min do-it-yourself install, It's supposed to yell at people to get away from the car, feel if it is bumped, panic button, and a "car finder(lights up and beeps when you are trying ot find your car). But It doesn't have the one thing I'd really like, keyless entry. I think it would probably get pretty old, pretty fast, to have to disarm the car, and then unlock it, every single time. But How much would an alarm, with at least the keyless entry cost, and would it be hard to install(thats the big question)?
I can only spend like $120 on an alarm, but I really don't need a whole lot.

 

look around your local shop because my dad got his alarm installed for 125 with the shock sensor and i tried the bulldog and don't buy that, its gay, the way it speaks 'help me , help me........" it keeps saying that, so just get a good alarm installed. I bought the bulldog but then return it the next day.......

 

I put a Bulldog remote starter in my '93 and it was fine.

If you are even considering buying an alarm, then you are smart enough to realize thatyou need one. So if you need one, then why would you buy a crappy one?

You should definitely be able to find a decent alarm with keyless entry for around $120. I would never go cheap when it comes to something protecting my Max.

i am serious of how it speaks, It says "Help me,Help me......, it just keep saying that. I mean my max doesn't need help, if the alarm will say "Please move away from the max, i would think about it. And believe me i am glad i got rid of it, that alarm just doesn't go with my max. Right now i have Phython $240 alarm with keyless entry, shock sensor and trunk release and blue led scanner. And it works great, even when some kids are sitting on my max, the alarm will go off. And if you want protection for your max, go with the best protection. cause who knows later you might think about getting better alarm so you will lose money because you will have already wasted some money on the cheap alarm and so just pay 50-100 bucks extra to get a good one............
