Is it a good idea to have my fuel injectors flushed?

I know Jiffy Lube does this procedure and was wondering if having the injectors flushed would be of any benefit? I have also heard of other org memebers doing this and then having major problems...even having to replace injectors .

What is your opinion?

Thanks

You'll have to clarify..there are many types of "fuel injection services"..The only way to clean injectors is either take them out and have them serviced or put stuff in the gas tank. I have seen systems that hook up to the fuel rail and use a compressed cleaner to blast out deposits, but I doubt Jiffy lube does that. Only one I saw was in Summit Racing for 5.0 ford motors.

Dunno. I sent my rail down to RC engineering and had them sonicly clean each injector. Balanced them and tested each one also.
