Seatbelt really ****ing me off...

I am just driving along and the seatbelt light comes on and that dinging happens, so if I grab that piece that the seatbelt plugs in to, it stops (I have no airbag and these are auto seatbelts) you all know that piece you undo your seatbelt from up top by the window, is there a way to get to it? anyone heard of this? grrrrr...I cant take it anymore...I get soo ****ed I grab it and shake the crap out of it...

There's a writeup on how to fix it. I haven't gotten around to doing it. I think mine's the right side.
If you want, seatbelts have lifetime waranty. Take it to a dealership and have them fix it (i can't remember if there's a TSB for it or not)
