need some help with dash lights

If there is a short in the corner lights were is the fuse/what
needs to be replaced. The short shut off the corner lights and the
dash lights. If I turn on the directional the corner light comes on but it is off any other time. I searched and found two problems the
brake light fuse wich is fine, and the TCU wich I removed and appers to be fine. every one said it would be noticibly burnt but I see no evidence. Please help.

you may just start pulling fuses and check them. there may also be some more fuses in the engine bay but i'm pretty sure they wouldn't go to the dash lights.

dash lights

I have checked all the fuses in the fuse box and under the hood.
Is there another place I might find one.

have you tried the fusbile links? Sometimes they go out. But it has to be a pretty big load to blow them. They are in the engine bay inone of the fuse boxes.

I have replaced the TCU and it did not help. The guy at the
junk yard said it might be a relay. I have not yet checked the
fusible links but I looked around and I would have seen it if it was
marked clearly. Any idea wich link it might be and if there is a relay?
thanks for the help.

What year is your maxima? I might be able to help if my wiring diagrams will work for your car. It tells what lines go to what, but not nesscesarily where they are in the car. At least it might help a little
