Suggestions on Halogen Bulbs

I have PIAA Hyper Whites for my 5th genner, but my nephew has a 3rd generation Max. I'd like to buy him a good set of headlight bulbs for his car for X-Mas. Please feel free to suggest what you guys think come close to my bulbs. By the way, I'd like to keep down the cost to $30-40. Thank you in advance for any replies.

i got a pair of Sylvania Silverstars. very happy with them. brighter than stock but not cop magnets. i think a few other 3rd generation owners have them on their max too. but they do cost 50 bucks for a pair. you can find these at autozone.

Thanx alot. I'll drop by there on Saturday to check them out. His stock bulbs really suck. There is nothing wrong with them, they're just stock. I just want to take care of him, but not spend $100, like on mine. I also have PIAA fogs, man they light up the night, like crazy. Next car that I buy will definitely have stock HID's. Again, thanx for the info.

I have the PIAA Exteme H3 White Bulbs, and same bulb in an H4 for the headlights. I got them installed for about $5 each, they were about $58, kind of steep but I wanted them to match the headlights. I tell you it really lights up the street. I travel alot to small towns and I often leave early in the morning. There has been days that they have made all of the difference in the world.
