What's the best degree to set the timing to?

What's the best degree to set the timing to?

This is for a 91 GXE.

up to 20*

people have gone as far as 25*, but I think thats overkill and doesn't show anymore gains than 20*

I forget who it was but said he ran at 25 and could feel a difference from the usual but then he bumped it down to 20 and said it was the same. Most people bump up to 20 but I don't think anyone has tried over 25.
