Re: How to redout your tail light

Linky not workie. Might try seeing if somebody we host it for you. And if you are talking about 3rd generation "redout" that is the dumbest think ever I have heard of but you can do what you want to your car. If you search on here for clearing tail lights you are bond to find something on it. It just looks way too UGLY.

Ok my opinion is over.

its funny how the fad is starting to sway back from clear to "legal" as far as lenses go...I've seen a lot of the Honda guys are going back to all amber front corners(some call it JDM corners ) and now this "red out"...I guess clearing is getting played out now! but yeah that "red out" is ugly to me...I do have all amber corners though!

yeah Chris would be all over those!!!

I was told they are comming out soon.
who told you that...I seriously doubt any company would waste the time. APC has already turned requests down.

where on Custommaxima?? I'm not even gonna get into that situation about "future parts." and plus if you read it closely hes only saying if a company makes them he'll sell them...he not making them.

and where are the clears on Ebay?? who made them? if they were custom thats nothing new, the directions to clear your own tails have been posted long ago.

Seems like it doesnt matter cause you seem to know all the answers anyway. And they are not custom made euros if they where they did a dam good job. I swear I seen them let me look for a link and I will post them. They looked just like the 4th gen but shaped to fit in a 3rd gen. From what I know they sent a few out for test and will be selling them in jan along with a euro piece for the middle trunk light or what ever you want to call it.

DA-MAX and Chris have been around long enough to have seen this many times before.

Every couple months or so, someone will say they have a new product like this but then it never turns out. There has been "official" correspondance with APC and other companies that will have altezzas out "next month" or whatever for the past 3 years. And nothing ever comes out of it. There just isn't enough demand for the 3rd gen parts.

But yeah, you're right; Chris would be all over them

in my opinion euros dont go with 3rd gens! But i think the carbon fiber tail lights go great with a black 3rd gen. Jst kinda like how the 89-91se tail lights are.....kinda have that carbon fiber look.

i wouldn't suggest redding out the taillights. the gxe tails are red enough and ugly enough, they don't need to be any more red.
