Bent rim, unbalanced tire, worn out suspension bushings..

could be a bunch of things, bad control arm/bushing, ball joint, wheel balance, bad rim, bad tire. I would check into wheel balance first.

if it hasnt been maintained the suspension is worn out. a 10 yr old car is more likely to have worn suspension, tires, bent rims, than a 1 yr old car
