Hesitation

Ok, I'm not sure if there is a link or not. But it seems like, when my gas tank is full (93 octane) the car runs good. But when the tank starts to empty out (around 1/4 a tank, maybe a little more) my hesitation increase. And it starts to run like pure crap. Can there be a soultion in sight or am I just grabing a straws. Need some help..

Once again, it could just be me and I want an easy out to strong performance.
