this problem is weird. when i turn on my lights all of the outside lights work properly but the in dash lights dont come on at all(speedodmeter). i checked all the fuses but still no luck. what could be the problem???

 

try the dash light dim/bright adjustment (right to the left of the rear defrost button) maybe its set on dim...if not then dash bulbs/wiring..
