Wierd Noise at start up

Wierd Noise at start up
When i Start my motor, it makes a strange noise. It sounds like a police siren for a second or two. Sounds pretty cool.

Siren, wow... I guess it could be a belt or if it sounds is more constant it could even be your water pump.
