Replacing gauge cluster in '91 SE

My gf's '91 SE speedo and fuel gauge one day just decided to stop registering...I took it over to my friend's shop and tested power at the tranny speed sensor. Voltage is a bit off he claims but is getting power. Computer is throwing a code that indicates speedo is inoperative (DUH!).

My question: I have a spare cluster my bro is letting me use for her car out of a '94 GXE. What is involved in removing/replacing gauge clusters? Any how-to's on this procedure?
