I have Eibach/Tokico combo. After installing them(dealer) 18 months/16K ago....I have gotten a THUD/THUNK over *some* but not all bumps. With some advice from the mailing list I think I narrowed it down to the rsb. GSXRkiller had a simmilar problem. Well I always figured someday I'd change out all the bushings or upgrade to the Suspension Techniques set. I've let it go and recenctly(last month) the thunk seemed to be getting louder. WELL....it turns out the rsb is sliding off the spindle on the drivers side. I'm not worried cuz it aint going anywhere. I guess the bushings were shot all along. The Eibachs just brought this noise out more.....IT WAS NOT THE CAUSE OF IT.

So....do I

1. Go cheap and replace all the bushings(improve handling).
2. Go get a "SE" rsb and improve it even more.
3. Go get the st set for like 250 shipped and pray some jaackass around here can install the rear bar(front is easy)

I vowed not to spend any more for "upgrades" cuz I'm saving for a VQ

Replace with the entire ST set.. keep the stock stuff and fill the bushing with urethane (or replace it) for when you sell the car..

the rear bar is easy to install, if you just think about it and use some imagination.. you can't really go by the printed instructions, but if you look at the drawings you can figure it out..
the ST sways were the very first mod I did to the car (besides stereo), so it's not that hard.

that is if you get the drawings in your package, mine didn't have them and had instructions to put it in a 2nd gen Maxima. Funny.

IT was quite easy to figure it out though. You'll have to unhook the lower control arms and the bracket, then sandwish the ST metal plate between the bracket and the strut housing, and bolt it all back together.

Took me 30 min but I've done work on cars before. You *can* just buy the rear sway bar I think, from http://www.nopi.com. Or just buy the rear Addco sway bar. Then when you sell your car you can replace it with the stocker and sell off the bar.
