want better handling?

I figure if Matt noticed a difference by using MDF, theres probably some room for improvement. I should reread it, I dont think he welded it onto the top of the struts. IIRC, he found a templete which matched the top of his rear struts, so he made the plate, then had the plate and parts of the RSTB welded together, but I think its fully removable.

The brace on Ari's SE-R wasn't welded on. he made brackets to fit over the rest strut towers, then had the pieces of it welded together- just like the brackets on our FSTBs.. but of course modified to fit the rear end and such.

What I did with mine was I made an MDF baffle board for my subs that screwed over the entire rear hole back there. Every couple of months, I have to pull the seat off and re-tighten the screws on it, because the chassis flexes enough to cause the screws to come loose.

I'lm going to be buying a welder soon and I'll spend a bit of time playing with it and seeing what I can do.
