Everytime i'm at the grocery store, I flip through the car magazines, hoping to see a 3rd gen, but I never find any. Anybody know of any magazines that have featured 3rd gens over the past few years. Or maybe have some scanned?

 

I think I saw one not too long ago that showed some guy on a skateboard or wearing rollerblades (I don't remember), and he was jumping over the tail end of a wrecked Max. I believe it was an ad for a video game, if I'm not mistaken

just curious to see if there's any magazines to feature maybe customized maximas, either racing, or show cars, anything really

 

No 3rd gens, far as I can remember. 4th Gen... now THAT is a different story.

 

I have a really old rag that has a 3rd gen gracing its pages. I'll see if I can dig it up and scan a pic for you guys.

 

I havent seen any but Chris, Jason, and a couple of others have the cars to be in one. I hope to one day have my car nice enough to at least be in a "readers rides" portion of some mag. if they actually have that kind of thing in an import mag.

Stu has been in 2 UK magazines that I have seen. He had a two page write up in Revs Magazine and a picture in Max Power about a year ago.

 

dont forget that slammed orange max on the cover of lowrider.

he fought tooth and nail to get in a mag and it took the wreck to do it it's tough if you're not driving a honda or mitsu. you have to be insanely modded w/ a motor swap just to get into the readers rides

 

i bought a mag called highbeams one day just to see if it was any good...well its not..but there was a feature on a bagged and shaved yellow 91 gxe

 

i have pix of stu's maxima on a cd and i might have one bagged orange max from the lowrider mag that your talkin' about in the cd. as soon as i find it i'll try and post it.

don't forget that Vitaly from Arizona also came out in a mag with his modded SE with a 300zx turbo swap.
