Brake pad questions

Does anyone go with anything besides OEM? I'm debating buying the pads, taking it somewhere else to get installed amongst other things.

TIA.

raybestos quiet stop for low dusting and noise

and yeah, any pad will work with the OEM rotors it's just a question of how quickly they will wear down and that's a material question.

Got HAWK pads in my ride. Really helped with stopping distance!! Have bever tried them but EBC is also really good because it does not leave hardly any brake dust. THe HAWK pads work great but the brake dust sucks!!
Good luck with your final decision!

EBCs leave a LOT of dust. I know from experience. they SAY they leave very little, but they're horrible in reality. after an auto X in them, my wheels were black.

for a good non-dusting pad, the Raybestos Quiet Stop or the Axxis Metal Master are the way to go. I'd lean toward the Raybestos myself, as that's what I use on my wilwood calipers and have very little dust and good performance.

EBC false advertising huh? Good to know! Never did purchase them before and thanks to your info probally never will.
Still like my HAWK pads.....there's dust but the great stopping power makes up for it.
