1989 Intermittently looses power, then comes back

Hope this isn't too vague...but here goes. My 1989 Maxima automatic(155K miles) started intermittently loosing power while driving. When this happens, it only happens for 1-2 seconds then power comes back, it doesn't respond to my accelerator at all when it looses power. At cruising speeds (65-75 mph) it doesn't stall, but it does sometimes stall if I'm just pulling out of my driveway. This doesn't happen when I use it in the morning only after it warms up a little. There is no check engine lite illuminated. The car runs normal when this doesn't happen. I've done the following so far:
1)Replaced plugs and wires
2)Replaced rotor and cap
3)PCV valve
4)Fuel and Air filters
5)Fuel injector cleaner and moisture elliminator added to fuel

Anybody have any ideas??? I need some help!

Thanks,
Izzrock
