Bose Audio

Hey. I have a 93 Max with the Bose audio system. I would like to hook some subs up but my dad is telling me that it isn't possible. Can I do it? Thanks.

I have thought about putting in a stock bose sub from a newer max, but i am not sure how you would do it. Try asking this in the audio forum.

Unless you can find a sub from a newer Max (see above) I don't think you can, because of the difference in Ohms from a regular system to bose. Bose seems to be set on keeping their stuff to be used only with THEIR STUFF. Maybe their is a way, but I would imagine it's a lot easier to just scrap the bose and get stuff you want.

You would be much happier saving your money and upgrading the entire system. That way the components work well together, not against each other.
