Does anybody have any idea how much an Electricity Inverter from DC to AC might be and how big they are....and if any of you have them, what kind of problems did you encounter. I want to throw one in a 90 SE.

 

i have one in my car for my playstation. I believe its a 600 watt from walmart for like 60 or 70 bucks. works great for a single hookup. i wouldnt recommend trying to hook something up that has a wattage near the max of the inverter.

 

Awesome I appreciate that. Where did you throw it and was the mounting and wiring difficult???

 

I had a 300 or 400w one in my old Max...ran my DVD player and Dreamcast off it(seperately of course). when I wired it up in my trunk I just cut off the cigarette lighter plug thingy, stripped back the wires and ran it off the distribution block for my amps since it had an extra opening for an 8-10 awg wire...pretty simple to wire in or you can just plug it into your cig lighter up front.

 

Nice things to have. But don't buy one from walmart or almost any local store. I got one for my fiance's sentra. IT's a 600 watt max inverter cost me 35 shipped to my door. If you look around you can find them online for about half as much as in the store.
