camber

camber

i just lowered my max wit sprints 1.8, my front tires wore out on the inside on like 3 months, exspensive 18 inch tires that cost allot, what can i buy to fix the camber so i am not going through sets of tires every 4 months. i know im an idiot about cars so just try to help

Again, if you're now driving hard camber bolts are okay. But since a camber bolt is really just a smaller diameter bolt then stock they can break easier. Also, they loosen easier then the stock units and when they do can cause more severe problems then using the stock bolts.

It's a cheap fix meant to allow insurance companies repair cars cheaply.

A better fix is to use adjustable top strut plates. I don't know anybody making them for the Gen3 Max, but they are really noting more then a flat plate of aluminum or steel with slots cut in it for the strut tops to bilt into. Sliding the top of the struts in toward the engine would increase camber, out would decrease camber.

But I'll bet your toe is out and that eats tires WAY faster then camber will.
