I'm not too familiar with the camber kits for our 4th generations mainly b/c i always thought Max's didn't need them. But after taking one of my tires back under "road and hazard" warranty b/c of a nail, I was told they couldn't replace the tire b/c of uneven tread wear. He told me this was happening on all 4 of my tires. From what I have been hearing, the camber kit should correct his. I am correct in assuming this? Also, I know there is a group deal going on somewhere on this board for the Ingalls kit for something like $26 or something.....is this for a pair? And how many do I need to purchase?? Do I need a camber kit in the rear? So to sound so stupid right about now...but camber kits are one things I had seemed to always ignore. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.

All you need to do is on the front struts, remove the top spindle/strut attach bolt. There are two of them and only the top one needs to be replaced (one per side). If you want you can be cheap (on price not quality) and go to NAPA and get either a 1/2inch or 12mm bolt of the same length as the 14mm bolt that you removed. This will, depending on the drop you have, allow you to correct the camber that was messed up during the drop. It,s a cheaper alternative than a camber kit and works just as well. You won,t have to wait for them to come in and it will allow for quite a bit of adjustment. As far as the rear is concerned, I don,t think it,s possible to do anything though I could be wrong. Good luck!
