EBC Green Stuff Pads............
Yes they can be added to stock roters. They dust more than stock, but they stop much better than stock, I dom't know if they dust more than Axxis Metal Masters or not. They take a bit to warm up, just the first stop, then they grip like crazy.
I have EBC's...put it this way, I love to hate them...they dust like a ****...i can't stress that enough...but if i have to stop on a dime i can...im getting rid of them because of the dusting...i have stillen x-drilled's and axxis metalmasters in the garage still waiting to be installed...
for whomever that asked...they can be used with stock rotors..

Try look'n into Portafield brake pads...they stop real good but they do dust alot...also be careful with the stock rotors. Some of the after market brake pads will score the heck out of the stock rotors so think about get'n aftermarket rotors. Just my 0.02 cents. Price....($99) front only.
I'm using Axxis Metalmasters on my car now.. they dust less than anything I've put on there so far. here's my list of pads I've tried:
OEM.. $45 stop well under moderate driving, great bite and feel, some dust. life: ??
Beck Arnley silver series: $35, stopped well cold and for the first few moderate/hard stops. after that, fade was terrible. amount of dusting was horrendous. Wheels would be black the day after I washed the car (but it was very easy to clean off, compared to other brands) life: probably last 30-40k miles, if I didn't burn them up in the mountains at Maxus.
Very easy on rotors. discs still looked almost brand new after replacing these pads.
Bendix IQ: $25. dusted less than the BA pads, but still had quite a bit. very good pad for the money. I could only get them to fade under severe braking. (after 2-3 100mph-0 stops) feel was good.. kinda spongy when cold in the morning, but after a couple of stops they got much better. drawbacks: lasted less than 15k miles. ruined my Stillen crossdrilled rotors in under 10k miles. (could have also been something I did, but not sure)
Wagner: $25. Decent. somewhere between the Bendix and Beck Arnley pads. dust was average. life: about 20-25k miles..
Axxis: $40 front, $45 rear. great stopping power when warm/hot, kinda scary the first 1-2 stops when cold (you gotta mash the pedal). have initial bite/feel very much like oem, but last much longer on hard driving.
life: ?? only had them a couple weeks.
drawbacks: They look like they will be very hard on the rotors, as they're a metal pad.. I get some of the "school bus squeak" when I'm moving very slowly. typical of metal pads. possibly some anti-squeal goo applied correctly will fix this.
how's that for a review of your pads?

I have the EBC greens. These things do stop the car well....but I have drums in the back so my braking is decent at best. I CAN lock my front wheels where I couldn't before. I have no idea what was on there before. They were quiet for the first 2 months....then they squeaked SOMETIMES for a few weeks...then they have been quiet for 3 months....but I heard a sqeak the other day. They DO dust alot....but haven't washed my car in like 2 months....well...I did just the other night.
The nice thing is that they are VERY easy on the rotors. The stop well in all weather temps(including 15 like it was here a few weeks ago) but are GREAT after I do a little perf driving.
