Anyone know where the timer for the power door lock is located? Power door locks work intermitently and gett'n sick of it. Look'n to see if the timer is bad. Thanks in advance!

Also for those who installed the tranny cooler, isn't there a concern for some type of pressure loss due to the additional device in the coolant system? Just a thought.

timer:

it's under and jsut tot he right of the steering column. pull off that plate under the dash, and you'll see it right there.. it's either brown or blue, I forget which one it is. it'll say "timer" or "door lock timer" on it when you get there.
if you're good with a soldering iron, I recommend pulling the timer out, and resoldering all the connections in it. it fixed mine.

tranny cooler:

nah.. dont' worry about it. it's an extra couple feet of hose and a small cooler. you won't have much pressure loss at all. nothing to be concerned with anyway.
