EGT placement
on either car just before the O2 might be too far away
...you shouldn't position an EGT gauge more than 6-8" from the manifold(s). check in the 4th gen forum a few of them have EGTs insatlled...I've only done them on 4cyl. motors...so I'm clueless as to a 6. I'd say the front pipe on the Y and call it a day.

I stuck mine about 4-5" down from the flange on the front manifold. easy to get to and out of the way of everything else. (plus when I bolt the turbo in, it'll be in the perfect spot so I don't have to run new wire.)
