Engine Missing

Looking at my engine from the front the back left cylinder is missing. I have checked the ignition coils, spark plus, and fuel filter. Does anyone have an idea of what to check next. Thanks a million for anything.

Injector!
Common problem on maxima though moreso on the VG than the VE. Check the resistance on the injector as compared to all of the others. They should all be within 5 ohms of each other (If I remeber correctly)

Thought it was something like that. Just couldn't remember. BTW that spec is for when the injectors are at 70 degrees Farenheit.

Is this a difficult job to do? I have decent mechanical skills, but dont really want to get in over my head. If it is an easy job what all do i need to complete this.
THANKS

Yes, you can do this yourself. Just be sure to gather togrther all the parts before starting the job. and if possible have second car there in case you break a bolt or need some other odd part that you forgot.
I just had 3 of mine done 3 weeks ago. Remans work great.
Just my .02

if all of the above still didn't answered your questions, then check your spark plugs gap. Depending on what you got, most standard plugs get around 0.044" while plantinum and iridium could go to a much smaller gap. You probably didn't get enough fire powers that's all.

WHY would you go to a smaller gap?
and according to NGK they are all to be gapped at .044 regardless of year or motor in your max
OK that excludes the diesels

Check your injectors, common problem. Resistance should be between 0.8 and 1.2 ohms. Took me about 2 hours to change all six of them. Only was going to do it once.
