3rd Gen Factory Radio Question

I just bought a Audiovox Sirius reciever, and I'm looking to do an install without an FM modulator. IIRC, the 3rd Gen Factory radio has a CD Changer control. Does it have an AUX input in the back?

anyone have a good idea of where to mount the reciever?

Just ditch the factory deck. The thing is at least nine years old or more and they aren't very good to begin with.

just my opinion. My bose is all gone and it sucked from the start.

If i remember correctly there are no inputs or pre-outs on the standard Clarion deck. Also, if you buy a new head unit, be sure to bypass the rear Clarion amp mounted on the underside of the rear deck by the speakers in the trunk, otherwise it will sound pretty damned awful.
