but yea i heard direct was the way 2 go so thats what i thought about goin
thanks.-Dys
I think that anything more than a 100 shot would be hell on the engine head. The person I bought my 3rd gen from use to run a 65 dry shot that he said went perfect with the VE engine, when I put the nitrous back in after the winter im going with the same shot as before.
I think a direct shot is best when used in turbo cars to compensate for lag.

well, there is this shop in my town which is really good, but small so no one REALLY knows about them. and i may have them build my engine. but im going to ask about turbo
... just to see how much $$$ it is. and if its under 8k to turbo then im going to have him set up my internals to do it and just save for about 5 months and then .'BAM'. i'll be turbo'd with a 100-125 direct port
... can anyone say im
for even thinking this is posible
to bad im not rich. well high hopes has gotton me this far.well thanks for all the info guys
thanks alot-Dys
Dude, your gonna turbo your car and shoot nitrous. Unless your planning on really building your engine your asking for major problems in the future. The turbo will put enough stress on your internals, but the nitrous will cost you a trip to the shop on a regular basis.
meh! keep spare engines in the garage, play around with boost levels and nitrous shots, if something does blow, figure out why, adjust and keep going, depending on what broke, build up a stronger motor.
