One only WISHES that'd work for a VE!!! But although it seems like it might fit on a VE-type engine, it only SEEMS that way...

...and darn it if it doesn't say:

Don't sweat it, bro... someone's ALWAYS pickin' on newbies here. Might as well get used to it until you get at least 100 posts!

But hey... the thought was there, and for that,

I see it now...I'm not too familiar with the newer VG33s, but that might be the newer model Pathfinder...maybe they switched up to DIS ignitions in the late 90s

They make a supercharger kit for the VG? You have any links to this? I would be interested in that.

Looks more VQ-ish, than any VE I know. Look at where the oil filler cap is. And where's that little "hump" where the timing chain resides?? And those wouldn't be SPARK PLUG WIRES on the right side of the engine, would they??

Now that we know what it fit's I wonder how hard it would be to retro it to a VE.
Hmmmm...................

I saw the pic of the intake. so I was thinking of using a ford 3.8 SC in there but it's to wide. I did however find a blower for the GM 2.8, 3.1.
http://www.***eolsuperchargers.com/
It has the narrower intake base so let's get CREATIVE

some of you need to know your nissans better then that. the vg33 looks identical to the vg 30 in the pathfinder and qx4.
that is nowhere close to being a nissan motor.

alpine does not have a s/c for the vg 30, the only thing they might have for the vg world is the s/c fort he older pathfinders with TBI

Not that I would do a SC but maybe a TRD sc for the Camry would be a closer match. But you would have to cut off the manifold connection and weld in your own to match the maxima lower manifold. Not to mention making sure the snout of the SC extended out far enough to you can a belt on it. That is if the waterpump/fuel lines etc.. aren't in the way.

Try putting an"f" then an "a" then a "g" in place of the astericks.

that is a vg30 from a pathfinder. they don't say what years it fits but in 1990 they went to multipoint fuel injection. before that they had a carb on there. i don't know of any with tbi... unless carbs are considered tbi.
