clutch problem
I installed a clutch kit today, Everything seemed great, got tranny back in and bled system and the clutch just doesn't feel right. It doesn't start moving the clutch fork lever until the pedal is about 3/4 of the way down. Should there be much play in the clutch lever before the TO bearing contacts the p-plate? I adjusted the pedal and it helped a little, there is definately some movement after the TO bearing makes contact, but the pedal will not go all of the way down, it does not contact the clutch interlock switch. BTW What is this clutch interlock switch?
Should the clutch fork force the slave cylinder all the way back in, it just seems that the slve cylinder is too far out when it finally starts to disengage the clutch. I have not finished putting axles and stuff in to test it, because I thought something was wrong, is there any way I can test it without comepletely reassembling?
